If you're seeing a message in the Moneybox app that easy bank transfers aren't available for your account, this can be for a few different reasons:
• Your bank is not supported - you can see the full list of supported banks here on our website.
• You have previously cancelled your account within the cancellation period, which means you cannot re-open the account and make further payments.
• Payments on your account are frozen - please head to Wealth > Account name > Tap to resolve to resume your contributions. Please note you’ll need to be on the latest app version to see this option.
• For a Lifetime ISA, you have not opened your LISA before your 40th birthday, or your details do not match HMRC's records, and we are currently unable to open your LISA.
