If you're seeing a message in the Moneybox app that easy bank transfers aren't available for your account, this can be for a few different reasons:
β’ Your bank is not supported - you can see the full list of supported banks here on our website
β’ You have previously cancelled your account within the cancellation period, which means you cannot re-open the account and make further payments
β’ Payments on your account are frozen - please contact our Support team if you'd like to unfreeze payments into your account.
β’ For a Lifetime ISA, you have not opened your LISA before your 40th birthday, or your details do not match HMRC's records and we are currently unable to open your LISA
