Your ‘upcoming collection’, shown in the Home tab of the app, is the amount of money you have due to be collected in our next weekly collection. Our weekly collections take place on Wednesday at midday, and the funds collected at this point are debited from your linked bank account early the following week (usually on Monday), then added to your balance in the Accounts tab of the app by Tuesday evening.

If you’d like to change the amount of your upcoming collection, you can do this by tapping the ‘edit’ button to the right of your upcoming collection amount. If you have recurring weekly or monthly deposits you’d like to pause for future collections, you can edit these in the Settings tab of the app.

If your Direct Debit is cancelled you will not have any further weekly Wednesday collections.
