If you have recurring payments set up and would like to stop these being collected from your Moneybox going forward, the easiest way to do so is by cancelling your Direct Debit mandate with your bank. This will prevent any further weekly collections taking place, and you can reactivate your mandate in the Moneybox app if you'd like to resume collections in the future.
Alternatively, you can also update your individual payment settings in the app:
Weekly deposits can be set to £0 in Settings > Weekly deposits
Automatic round ups can be turned off in Settings > Round ups
Your monthly payday boost can be disabled in Settings > Payday boost.
Then, you'll just need to head back to the Home tab and make sure your 'upcoming collection' is set to £0 to account for any payment settings which have already been added ready for the next weekly collection.
Please note that changing your payment settings will not affect any amounts already collected.
