Manual bank transfers are currently available for our ISAs, LISAs, and General Investment Account. If you don’t hold one of these accounts, you won’t be able to send funds via manual bank transfer currently, however we’re aiming to expand this feature in the future! You should also still be able to deposit instantly by making an easy bank transfer of £100 or more in Wealth > Select your account > Add money.
If you do hold one of the accounts listed above and are not able to find your account details to make a manual bank transfer, please try updating your app to the latest version.
If you are having trouble completing a manual bank transfer, if no funds have left your bank account, you should be fine to simply try the transaction again. Once you’ve made a manual bank transfer, your payment typically appears in your account balance within a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours to process.
For recurring issues sending a payment, we’d recommend contacting your bank - as manual bank transfers are initiated directly from your bank account rather than the Moneybox app, your bank should be best placed to help with any issues sending funds.
