Why isn’t my manual bank transfer working?

Troubleshooting for payments made via manual bank transfer.

Manual bank transfers are currently available for our ISAs, LISAs, Simple Saver, Reward Savings Account, Notice Accounts, and General Investment Account customers.

If you are having trouble completing a manual bank transfer, where no funds have left your bank account, you should be fine to simply try the transaction again. Once you’ve made a manual bank transfer, your payment typically appears in your account balance within a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours to process.

For recurring issues sending a payment, we’d recommend contacting your bank - as manual bank transfers are initiated directly from your bank account rather than the Moneybox app, your bank should be best placed to help with any issues sending funds.
