If you're unable to log into the app, you can reset your password using the steps above to send yourself a password reset email. If you cannot access the email address linked to your Moneybox account, please get in touch with our team by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com ๐
If you're able to log into the app, you can change your PIN or password in Settings > Security > PIN/Password.
To do this, you will need your existing password. If you donโt know this, it can be reset by logging out of the app, then selecting 'log in with email' and 'forgotten password'.
