How do I change my PIN or password?

How to change the PIN number or password you use to log in to Moneybox.

If you're unable to log into the app, you can reset your password using the steps above to send yourself a password reset email. If you cannot access the email address linked to your Moneybox account, please get in touch with our team by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com ๐Ÿ‘

If you're able to log into the app, you can change your PIN or password in Settings > Security > PIN/Password.

To do this, you will need your existing password. If you donโ€™t know this, it can be reset by logging out of the app, then selecting 'log in with email' and 'forgotten password'.
