If you've switched banks using the Current Account Switching Service, here is an overview of how this will affect your Moneybox account.

If you’re changing banks using the Current Account Switch Service, then your details will automatically update, so you do not need to manually request to update your bank details.

Any withdrawals you request will also be directed to your new bank account, as this is part of the Account Switch Guarantee.

If you did wish to manually request to update your linked bank account, you can do this in Settings > Tap your name > Bank accounts.
