Once requested, withdrawals cannot usually be cancelled. However, if your request was made in the last couple of hours, please get in touch with the team by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com or messaging us in-app between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and we may be able to cancel your withdrawal.
Please note we’re not able to guarantee that your withdrawal will be cancelled, and requests to sell investments to cash can’t be cancelled.
If we’re unable to cancel your withdrawal, you can redeposit the money into your account. For ISAs and Lifetime ISAs, please note that making a new payment will count again towards your annual contribution allowance for the tax year.
