To close your Moneybox profile, just follow the steps below. Or, if you hold multiple products with us and would like to remove just one from your Moneybox account, please get in touch with our team at support@moneyboxapp.com once the account has a £0 balance.
If you haven't yet made any payments, you can delete your Moneybox profile by going to Settings > Tap your name > Delete Account.
If your account has a balance and is still within its cancellation period (which is 30 days from your first contribution for ISAs, LISAs, and the GIA, 14 days from your first contribution for our Notice Accounts, Simple Saver or Reward Savings Account, or 30 days for when you initially register for your Pension), please reach out to the team to cancel via the in-app chat or by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com from the email address you used to sign up.
Or, if your account has a balance and is no longer within its cancellation period, please wait for your most recent deposit to be completed (and for investment accounts, settled) and cancel your Direct Debit with your bank to halt any further recurring payments before making a full withdrawal in Settings > Withdraw. For ISAs, LISAs, Junior ISAs, and Pensions, you can also transfer out to another provider.
Once your withdrawal or transfer out is complete and your account is empty, you'll then be able to close your account in-app in Settings > Tap your name > Delete account.
