If you haven't yet made any payments, you can delete your account by going to Settings > Tap your name > Delete Account.

If you're still within your cancellation period for your account (which is 30 days from your first contribution for ISAs, LISAs, and the GIA, or 14 days from your first contribution for our Notice Accounts, Simple Saver or Reward Savings Account; or 30 days for when you initially register for your Pension) please reach out to the team who can help! 💬

If your account is no longer within its cancellation period, please wait for your most recent deposit to be contributed to your account (and for investment accounts, settled) before making a full withdrawal. You should also cancel your Direct Debit to Moneybox with your bank to halt further collections. Once the withdrawal is complete and your account is empty, you'll be able to close your account in-app.
