How do I update my personal details?

How and where your details can be updated with Moneybox.

Your address, phone number and email address can be updated in the app in Settings > Tap your name 😊

Your password and PIN can be updated in Settings > Security. If you’re unable to log into your account, just tap ‘log in with email’, then ‘forgotten password’ to send yourself a password reset email.

To change the bank account your Direct Debit is set up with, just head to Settings > Tap your name > Bank accounts > Linked account.

If you’d like to change your name, please get in touch with the team via the in-app chat, or by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com.
