Our ISAs, GIA, and Lifetime ISAs can be cancelled within 30 days of your first contribution. To do this, just get in touch with the team via the in-app chat, or by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com.

Cancelling either a ISA or Lifetime ISA will also allow you to open another ISA/LISA elsewhere within the same tax year, if you wish to.

For our Personal Pension, this period is 30 days from when you initially registered for the account.

For our cash savings accounts (32 Day Notice, 45 Day Notice, 95 Day Notice, 120 Day Notice, Reward Savings, and Simple Saver), this cancellation period is 14 days from your first contribution.
