You can add money to all of our accounts, except our 1 Year Fixed Rate, through our weekly collection cycle.

📆 Here’s an overview of how our payment cycle works.

On Wednesday, at around midday, we collect the amount in your upcoming collection, which is visible in the Home tab. Once collected, you can track the payment in the Wealth tab by selecting your account and tapping 'activity'.

Your collection amount is then debited from your linked bank account early the following week, typically on Monday. You’ll then see this reflected in your account balance(s) by the end of the day.

On Thursday, for cash accounts, your money is received by the partner bank powering your account, and you'll begin earning interest. For investment accounts, this is when the investment process begins, and you'll be able to see your investments settle over the course of the following week in the Wealth tab.

You’ll need a Direct Debit set up with a UK current account in order for us to collect money from your account. If you need to check which account is linked or change to a different bank account, head to Settings > Tap your name > Bank accounts > Linked account.

If you’d prefer to make instant deposits, you can make payments of £100 using easy or manual bank transfers. Easy bank transfers are available in Wealth > Select account > Add money > Easy bank transfer, and you can find the details required to make a manual bank transfer directly from your linked bank account in Wealth > Select account > More > Manual bank transfers 👍
