If you haven't yet made any payments, you can delete your account by going to Settings > Tap your name > Delete Account.
If your first contribution was made within the last 30 days (ISAs, GIA, LISA or JISA), or 14 days (Notice Accounts, Simple Saver, or Reward Savings), or you registered for our Personal Pension in the last 30 days, you should be able to cancel your account by getting in touch with the team via the in-app chat, or by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com.

If your account is no longer within its cancellation period, please wait for your most recent deposit to be contributed to your account (and for investment accounts, settled) before making a full withdrawal. You should also cancel your Direct Debit to Moneybox with your bank to halt further collections. Once the withdrawal is complete and your account is empty, you'll be able to close your account in-app.
