Yes - all of our accounts can be cancelled within the 30 day (ISAs, GIA, and LISAs) or 14 day (Simple Saver, Reward Savings, and Notice Accounts) cancellation period, which begins once you make your first payment.

For our Personal Pension, this cancellation period starts from when you initially register for the account.

To close your Moneybox account before you’ve made any deposits, just head to Settings > Tap your name > Delete account.

Or, once you’ve made a deposit, you can cancel by contacting our Support team via the in-app chat or by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com. The team will ask you to confirm some details before proceeding with the cancellation. Once cancelled, you should receive your funds within (times).
