Can I change my payment settings after registering?

If you're in registration and you'd like to change any of your settings, simply tap on the 'return to select account' button at the bottom of the screen, and you'll be able to go back to the beginning of registration and amend any of your settings as necessary.

Note that this option isn't currently available once you've submitted your Direct Debit details, however all of your payment settings set up during registration can also be changed in the app once registration is complete!

We don’t take any funds from your bank account immediately after you’ve finished registering, meaning there’s plenty of time to get any of your payment settings updated.

🌟Recurring weekly deposits can be changed in Settings > Weekly Deposit

🌟Monthly payday boosts can be updated in Settings > Payday Boost

🌟Round ups can be enabled or disabled in Settings > Round ups

You can also amend any one-off deposits and amounts due in your first collection by tapping 'edit' next to your upcoming collection, found in the Home tab of the app.
