All of our cash savings accounts can be cancelled within 14 days of your first collection. To cancel, just reach out to us either via the in-app chat or by email to support@moneyboxapp.com and the team will confirm some details with you.

If you decide the account is no longer for you outside of your 14 day cancellation window, you can request a full withdrawal at any time in Settings > Withdraw to empty the account.

Once the balance is at zero, the account is considered closed.
