Withdrawals from all of our savings accounts can be requested in-app (Settings > Withdraw). For our Notice Accounts, once you initiate a withdrawal , the amount requested continues to earn interest over the notice period, which is either 32, 45, 95, or 120 days, depending on your account.

We’ll then send your withdrawal back to your direct debit linked bank account on the next available working day after the notice period has ended. You'll receive an email to confirm, and the funds will typically reach your bank account by the end of the working day.

You can have multiple withdrawals in progress at once from Notice Accounts, and you can track the progress of each withdrawal in Accounts > Select your account > Recent activity.

For our regular access accounts, withdrawals are paid out the next available working day, however note that you are limited to one withdrawal per calendar month.
