Yes! Just note that your total ISA contributions for the tax year cannot exceed the annual ISA allowance (which is £20,000).

You can also hold both a Help to Buy ISA and a Lifetime ISA at the same time, but when it comes to using the bonus for your first home, you can only use the bonus from one of the accounts.
