Payments can be made by Direct Debit via our weekly collection. You can pay in up to £85,000 total into each account, which is also the maximum amount which can be deposited at once.

For our weekly collection, any funds you add to your upcoming collection total are ‘collected’ from your Moneybox account on Wednesday, then are debited from your linked bank account on Monday, and added to your account on Tuesday. You can add money to your upcoming collection via round ups, one-off deposits, and recurring weekly or monthly deposits. You don’t need to make recurring deposits, and your payment settings can be changed in the app at any time 👍

For our Simple Saver, you can also add payments of £100 or over in minutes using instant bank transfers. To add funds via an instant transfer, head to Accounts > Tap on your account > Add money in the app.

Please note that it isn’t possible to set up a Direct Debit from a savings account, so you’ll need a current account linked in order to make payments.
