Some of our accounts offer instant bank transfers, which allow you to add money to your ISA, GIA, Simple Saver, Pension or Lifetime ISA (both Cash and Stocks & Shares) in minutes 💸 You can pay in upwards of £100 from your linked bank account in the app in Accounts > Select your account > Add money.

You also do not need an active Direct Debit mandate to deposit through instant bank transfers. So, if you’d prefer to solely deposit through these, you’re more than welcome to cancel your Direct Debit with your bank 👍

For investment accounts, you can choose whether your instant bank transfer is added to your Available Cash, or invested directly into your chosen investment allocation. For Pensions, your deposit will be invested according to your chosen allocations.

You’ll then be taken to your online banking to confirm your transfer – please also note that some banks may have additional security steps to process larger payments, such as the use of a card reader.

We’ll let you know via email when your bank transfer has arrived – this typically takes minutes, but can take up to 24 hours.

Once you’ve made your transfer, you can see the payment listed in Accounts > Select account > Activity.
