There are three ways you can add money to a Moneybox personal pension - by transferring in old pension pots, by paying in via Direct Debit from a UK current account, and via instant bank transfers.

If paying in via Direct Debit, money will be collected via our weekly payment cycle. You can add money to your upcoming collection using one-off deposits, recurring weekly or monthly deposits, or via rounding up your spare change.

Having a Direct Debit set up doesn’t mean you need to make recurring payments, and you can change your payment settings any time in the app.

You can also deposit into your Pension via an instant bank transfer, which can be accessed in Accounts > Pension > Add money, and you do not need an active Direct Debit for this. So, if you’d prefer to solely deposit via instant transfers then you would be more than welcome to cancel your Direct Debit mandate at a later date.
