The Provider Search service locates your pension provider but not your policy information. The quickest way to get hold of your policy number if you don’t have it is by contacting your provider directly.
It’s a little simpler if your provider is one of the following providers, as your policy number will just be your NI Number:

The Pensions Trust
Workers Pension Trust
