It isn’t possible to withdraw from our Notice Accounts without the waiting period, or to expedite the withdrawal process in any way - this is due to the agreement we have with the partner banks who power these accounts. As such, you should only add funds to a notice account you’re sure you won’t need to access immediately.

If you aren’t happy with the product, all of our Notice Accounts can be cancelled within 14 days of your first contribution by contacting our Support team via the in-app chat or emailing support@moneyboxapp.com.

Once we’ve confirmed your details, we’ll send all available funds back to your bank account within two working days of the cancellation notice being received. Any pending deposits will be returned once available.
