As with all accounts we offer, payments into any of our cash savings accounts are made from your linked current account. Please note that it isn’t possible to link business, credit, or savings account, so you’ll need a current account linked in order to make payments.
There are two main ways to deposit into your savings account(s):
Easy bank transfers
For our Simple Saver, you can deposit £100 or more via easy bank transfer in Wealth > Simple Saver > Add money. You’ll be redirected to your bank to authorise the payment, and once authorised you should see your deposit added to your Simple Saver balance within minutes (please note that this can, on occasion, take up to 24 hours). You’ll then begin earning interest the next available working day.
Weekly payment cycle
You can add funds to any of our savings accounts via round ups, recurring weekly or monthly deposits, or one-off deposits. These will be added to your upcoming collection in the Home tab of the app, which is collected at around midday on Wednesdays, and then debited from your linked bank account a few working days later. You can find some more information on how our weekly payment cycle works here.
