To cancel a transfer that's currently in progress, please get in touch with the team via Settings > Help > Contact us, or by emailing pensions@moneyboxapp.com. We will get in touch with your existing provider to stop the transfer.
Once the transfer is complete and the money received, you’ll receive a cancellation notice. This also gives you the option to cancel within 30 days. Please note that whilst we can action this, there is no guarantee your old provider will take the pension back and you may need to transfer somewhere else.
