They’ll check that the provider and their pension is one we’re able to transfer over before adding it to the list so that you can select it and get the transfer started.

We’re not able to transfer any pensions that offer additional benefits, or are of a ‘defined benefit’ scheme - this is often the kind that public sector roles use.
