To transfer your old pension you’ll need to let us know your current provider. You’ll then be asked to select the type of fund you’d like to invest the money from your pension into. Finally, we will need your pension policy number. You should be able to find this on past letters or emails about your existing policy.

Once this is submitted we’ll get the transfer kicked off. For most providers this can be done completely electronically. A small number of providers use manual paper processes.

The pensions team will then track the progress of your transfer, and get in touch should there be any delays or issues. You can also track progress yourself in the Accounts tab of the app.
