You can cancel your account within 30 days of your first payment by getting in touch with our Support team via the in-app chat, or by emailing support@moneyboxapp.com from the email address you used to sign up.

Once the team has confirmed your details, we'll sell down your investments and return the proceeds of these sales to your linked bank account.

If your cancellation period has passed, you can close your Cash ISA by withdrawing in Settings > Withdraw, or close your Stocks & Shares ISA or GIA by selling down all of your investments, then withdrawing the proceeds as cash in Settings > Withdraw.
