What do I do if my round ups aren't working?

Troubleshooting steps for a failed round up connection.

Normally the best fix for any round up issues is just to simply delete and re-add your connection. You can do this in-app by heading to Settings > Round ups > Round up accounts, and then tapping on your linked account.

When you attempt the connection again, you’ll be redirected to your mobile banking app to authorise the connection, so make sure you complete this step! 🔒

If you're unable to find your bank in the list of banks to connect to, this may be because you've previously connected and just need to renew your connection, which you can do in Settings > Round ups > Round up accounts.

If you have multiple bank accounts with the same bank and would like to connect them all for round ups, you should be able to toggle these on when you've connected to your bank in Settings > Round ups > Round up accounts.

Finally, it's worth checking your app is up to date, and, if not, updating this in the App Store or Google Play Store.
