If you make a full transfer out, we’re currently unable to reopen your transferred product or open a new ISA, LISA or JISA of the same kind due to operational restrictions. Your Moneybox account will remain open.
For example, if you completed a full transfer of your Moneybox Cash ISA to another provider, you wouldn’t be able to reopen it or open a new Cash ISA with us afterwards.
If you’d like to keep your Moneybox ISA or LISA open, you can make a partial transfer instead. There’s no minimum amount you need to transfer, so you can choose how much you’d like to move. Partial transfers out are not available for JISAs.
