If you have the Moneybox app, you can check whether you’ve qualified for our Cash ISA transfer cashback offer by heading to Settings > Promotions, selecting the cashback offer, and then tapping the Progress tab. Please note that any qualifying transfers will only show here once completed.
It isn’t currently possible to track promotions via our website; however, you should be eligible to receive cashback, as long as you meet the following requirements and all the other eligibility criteria as per the Offer Terms and Conditions:
Opened a Cash ISA on or before 31st December 2024, or between 18th March 2025 and 17th June 2025,
Submit a qualifying transfer(s) via the Moneybox app or website between the 3rd and 30th November 2025,
Your qualifying transfer(s) successfully completes before 31st May 2026, and you maintain the transferred balance in your Moneybox Cash ISA until 31st May 2026.
