The number of entries you can see in Settings > Promotions will update once your qualifying deposit(s) have completed. For cash deposits, ‘completed’ means your payment has arrived with the partner bank powering the account, and for investments, this means your payment has completed the investment process and has settled.
If you make a deposit via easy or manual bank transfer, this can take up to 24 hours to reach us. Once we've received your payment, it will typically complete:
Within 1 working day for cash accounts, or if you've opted for your deposit to be added to your 'Available Cash' within an investment account.
Within 3-5 working days if you've opted for your deposit to be invested.
Please note, easy bank transfers are not supported for all banks. Manual bank transfers must be from your linked bank account.
If you deposit via our weekly collection cycle, this will typically complete:
3 working days after the funds leave your bank account for cash accounts, or if you've opted for your deposit to be added to your Available Cash.
Within 8 working days after the funds leave your bank account if you opt for your deposit to be invested.
